15 Day Return Policy It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come. If for any reason our merchandise does not meet your expectations Follow directions below. IMPORTANT!!! You need to e-mail or call us at 518-623-3679 to inform us that you wish to return merchandise. We will supply you with an RA # (return authorization #) that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of the warehouse it is to be shipped to. We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton (to protect contents), within 15 days of the ship date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price less shipping and any restocking fees. IF You Received Free Shipping When You Ordered: You will be responsible for that charge as well. We can not assure credit if this procedure is not followed. RETURNED MERCHANDISE: If you paid by check or money order you will received a company check in the amount of your refund, less shipping charges, as soon as the package is received. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Examine package for any visual
damage. If damage is noticed, request
that the driver make a notation as such.
If damage is concealed, notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the
merchandise, DO NOT return merchandise until you hear from us. We will be happy to
replace an item or issue a credit, whichever you prefer. We promise to treat you, as a customer, the way we would expect to be
