Return Policy


It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come. We strive to give you a variety of unique items for gift giving and decorating that will reflect the things you love in your home. Our wish is for you to feel so confident with our products and services that you’ll introduce us to family and friends. If for any reason our merchandise does not meet your expectations.

IMPORTANT!!! You need to e-mail or call us at 518-623-3679 to inform us that you wish to return merchandise. We will supply you with an RA # (return authorization #) that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of the warehouse it is to be shipped to. We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton (to protect contents), within 15 days of the ship date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price. We can not assure credit if this procedure is not followed.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: A credit will be issued in the amount of your refund less shipping charges to your credit card, if you paid by check or money order you will received a company check in the amount of your refund, less shipping charges, as soon as the package is received.

 ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Examine package for any visual damage. If damage is noticed, request that the driver make a notation as such. If damage is concealed, notify us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to replace an item or issue a credit, including shipping charges, whichever you prefer. We promise to treat you, as a customer, the way we would expect to be treated. To us that means courteously, promptly and respectfully

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE we will sent out a replacement item as soon we receive the damaged item. We will pay shipping for replacement of damaged items..
